Loud gurgling is very common. It can happen to situations. One is physiological, that I normally also we can see. So normally when we eat and drink also we can hear occasionally we can hear small noises then it can be a normal thing but when hear loud noises there can be other symptoms. if there is other symptom like if there is bloat8ing, if they have diarrhea vitamin deficiency, vitamin B 12 deficiency, that means you are developing small intestinal bacteria. So you are developing small intestinal bacterial overload so that is called as SIBO. Second reasons being if there is a block in the small intestine or the colon. So whatever we eat when it goes through the small intensities. It can cause blocks. So the causes of noises in Stomach are Physiological, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overload (SIBO ) related, Small Intestine or Large Intestine narrowing. First one we don’t do anything, just timely foods and timely water intake will prevent the problem. Second problem, w e give medications to kill the bacteria. So once we give the medications for 2 weeks, most of the gurgling noises will disappear. Second if there is a significant block in the small or large intestine then the paint gets a lot of pain vomiting, constipation and the intestine gets blocked so we do CT scan colonoscopy. Usually some of this can be treated with endoscopy and there is a small dlatng in the intense by a new method called as tge Power Spiral Enteroscope, where we can dilate the sort blocks and we can cope it up. If there is a significant block, then there can be resection doe an it can be joined by surgical method

i was in class today and for like an hour or two my stomach was making the LOUDESTT sounds, like it went dead silent and my stomach was gurgling so bad i even felt it vibrate and all parts of my stomach was vibrating lmao, people were just looking at me confused.. i have anxiety which prob made it even worser and louder but it’s always embarrassing😭

I get it from reading almost 40-50 comments that it happens when you don’t use washroom at the right time and hide farts in stomach which might have caused the bacteria . Always eat before going to any silent place cause it only starts gurgling in quiet places and go to the restroom to clear out your stomach but you’ll also need to eat after using the washroom . I’ll try this from today 1dec and will give a update if it stops in 15-20 days and I face this everyday 😢

My stomach noises started developing several months ago, at first it was a small stomach growl which I've had before so it wasn't a big deal, but now the sounds are much more frequent and I face them every day. It gets so awkward when it makes these sounds in public.
I don't feel any pain though

My stomach growls even when I'm not hungry, but if I eat or drink some water it stops, and while that helps, I don't want to eat nor drink anything when I'm not hungry, only because I need the noise to stop. And from time to time I have constipation. Earlier last year it was worst. I went from doctor for months, they gave me medication and at one point prescribed wrong medication for me, so now I'm afraid of going back. But right now, I don't do a lot of vomiting, it's like if I belch it whatever I drink or eat may come up small, other times I'll vomit, but it doesn't happened a lot anymore. For now, the growling irritates me, and I'm having constipation since last week when my menstrual started. So it's just those two, the growling and constipation.
