Would you make a follow-up call to all of your patients? If not, how'd you decide who to follow up? I mean, calling to every single patient would start to take a significant amount of time over days and weeks, but calling only certain patients might pose an ethical question of perhaps being unequal. I'm wondering because those follow-up calls are a great idea in my opinion and I'd be interested in doing that myself, too.

There's a bit of a Hawthorne effect going on in that first story lol.
Integrity is everything(2nd story).
All great tips. Thanks a lot.

If you change the word "patient" to "customer", then these principles should apply in *any* "industry".
