I'd consider a transplant but I've heard so many nightmare stories about them. Transplant results are all over the place. If everyone could guarantee Matthew McConaughey-like results, I would have gotten a transplant years ago. Also, my donor hair is not all that thick so it'd probably make my hair look patchy as I get older. I think your results are just okay (please, no offense!) but it's clear you've had a hair transplant. Maybe it's not to others because I know what to look for. I actually prefer your hair pre-surgery. When it comes to hair loss, in most cases, I think the "solution" is worse than the problem. Thanks for the video and best of luck.
