The videos on my YouTube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep.

Those e ink screens are awesome it’s the same tech that’s in a kindle the battery’s last forever cuz it’s not having to refresh the pixels like your phone. Also you have more artistic talent in 1 finger then I do my whole body! 😂 very cool video!

I bet you're _awesome_ at Etch-A-Sketch, on top of everything, aren't you...?!

Actually though, as soon as you took this out of its box, it struck me that's its not so much reminiscent of an Etch-A-Sketch as it is of a Magna-Doodle, which I had growing up and (it has to be said) always found far superior - because you could freestyle on it, you weren't constrained by everything having to be drawn in a single contiguous line.

Like this e-writer pad, it even came with what we'd now call a stylus, just one that stimulated the magnetic crystals(?) in the 'pixels' of the screen to turn them dark where it passed. There were a bunch of larger magnets included too to create instant rings/circles/blocks of colour.

And it instantly erased back to blank whenever desired - only instead of at the touch of a button, as here, you just dragged the slider at the bottom to 'wipe' the screen like cleaning a window.

Ahh, memories - I spent hours and hours playing on mine as a kid, even into adolescence. Last I looked you could still get them, too, just as you can still get Etch-A-Sketches, though they tend to be marketed at very young children and are probably being overtaken there by these e-writers even as we speak...
