My daughter was diagnosed at 13 and she was treated like a lab rat with countless meds, all with terrorible side effects. An ER doctor told us during a meltdown visit that a keto-tyoe diet, regular exercise, Wim Hof breathing, cold showers and yoga would be extremely helpful. He said Bipolar was very similar to epilepsy, and both resukted from a deficiency of GABA protein in the brain. My daughter changed her diet, to include GABA-producing foods, exercising regularly and going to routine therapy and takes CBD and has done really well without medication for several years. She had Bipolar Type 1 rapid cycling, but has done so well with diet, exercand these other natural approaches.

sir I really wish I had heard you say this in the early stages of meeting my ex-husband I could not find any information that was clear on bipolar disorder he seem to function fine we were married nine months within knowing each other he was on medication he decided he didn't want to take his medication and everything went downhill from there 10 months ago he divorced me because I guess I just wasn't any fun anymore but every single thing that you're saying is everything that he turned out to be and I did not know how to help him we went to therapy he was resistant to every form of counseling and therapy that we tried so in the end he divorced me he didn't know how to do much else I suppose but he didn't know how to fill out the paperwork to divorce me so I suppose I'm better off if he would not and I mean he refused to start any medication plan so I just could not live with him we couldn't live together and I've accepted that thank you so much and I'm hoping that there are people out there listening because this is a very succinct definition of bipolar disorder and I'm hoping that anyone in my situation would please be cautious if you plan on having a relationship with anyone with this disorder because not so pleasant things can happen especially with money 💰💰

I definitely don't have this, yet some idiotic psychiatrist diagnosed me as bipolar 1 manic last week....
