Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and public safety officials held a press conference on a new law that aims to curb the ability of people to acquire guns illegally. He also addressed some comments about him being on the short-list to be Kamala Harris' pick for vice president.

Problem is that the straw purchase question number one on the form 4473 has been there for a long long time

You cannot say that a trigger makes a semi auto rifle a full auto because full auto is one pull of the trigger to keep firing till empty.
A binary trigger doesn't do that.
You must continue to pull the trigger for a FASTER Rate of fire.
Not full auto.
