One of my friend was called by his in-laws to attend a wedding in India. He was working in US, he came to India with his wife & in few days the wife placed a false complain in the police station regarding harass, beating, abusing & approached for Divorce. Sadly my friend is a dam sweet innocent man & due to this he was not allowed to travel, good thing was that he was so good in his work that the US based company allowed him to work for them from India & they seemed pretty understand as the dam case went for 3 years. A total nightmare for him as his wife then expected a huge amount & kept increasing the said amount on every court visit. Sadly all new the man was innocent & the girl was forced into the marriage & she still had an extra martial affair but sadly he went through hell & this is the sad part of our Indian Law that men are always to be put to a loss even after being innocent...

Bhai If you go when IO called you never know he may take your passport or ask you to submit your passport or arrest you….
The best way is if you that being a fake case…. Dont come to India judiciary and police system is fully corrupt here just stay abroad.. work earn and then come back if you need to and fight your cases…. You can never trust these IO’s

Moral of the story: instead of wasting 2 -3 years in a fake convert the fake case into a genuine one. 😂😂😂😂.

I just participated in small protest and after coming to abroad for study i got to know i have been charged with six IPCs there.

The police man filled wrong allegations against us.

This is really making me sick here. I am mentally disturbed like i did hard work to come here and now i can’t even go back.
i was planning to visit my family but just scared to go back.

Mere opposite wale ke pas fake proof bhi hai yani uske pehchan wala hi gavah banke aa gaya aur meri fake signature bhi hai paper pe. mere hisab se signature koi bhi copy kr skta hame sab ispe fingerprint ke sath signature lena chahiye isse mere jaise boht jhano ki bohy help hongi 💔🙂
