Is it better to invest 5511 multiple commanders or expertise one commander? Like I get you get better trades with maxed commander but what if when you finally max your commander it falls off meta?

I still have 20 days left of kvk1, where i move my main soon after kvk1. Get to collect gh's, save on crystal tech for 2 kvk's and getting commander's expertised. Got Liu Zhan open so i got 2 kvk's time to get sculptures to it too.
