If u did the kazuha event quest u will notice that kazuha has done a similar thing before in his childhood.
It's in one of the notes that housekeeper wrote

Also he likely drank a fruity cocktail drink or something along those lines. Those things are mixed drinks. Worse than normal beers, they just taste better.
