Warren Buffett on Berkshire Hathaway's Board Diversity: 'We Just Hire the Best Talent'

You hire and hopefully keep people around you who are competent, trustworthy and ethical. People who want the business to succeed guided by those principles and with a vision that mirrors your success. Diversity is not necessary if your plan has been successful. Diversity for diversity's sake and as an end is egregious at best.
