Suspected drunk driver nears VP Harris’ motorcade

A suspected drunken driver drove near Vice President Kamala Harris’ motorcade while going the wrong way on an interstate in downtown Milwaukee. Deputies stopped the driver who was taken into custody on charges of operating while intoxicated and recklessly endangering safety.

Edit: Given that the video probably appeared slower than in real time, it might have been swiftly intervened even though it doesn't look like it. My view was changed aka grown once I read a few comments and thought about the video time vs real time aspect.

I saw mention in another video that the Secret Service in presidential motorcades has vehicles specifically outfitted as "ramming" vehicles, to stop a vehicle threatening the motorcade. Why is everybody just driving by this guy?
