I'm definitely in a busy area at N. Academy & Village Rd S but, it's not bad to get around.
Extremely friendly people & a clean area.
Compared to Texas. Or where I'm from. Been here 3 days now & love it.
Many will have to get used to altitude sickness if coming from the Southern States. It'll go away soon though.
Need a humidifier & Central AC would help. Very dry heat & air

Definitely use GPS here. Roads will change names multiple times without warning. And not all westerly roads go through I 25
