I have the 2000 Fender Deluxe Nashville Telecaster with power bridge. I love mine, the only issue I had was the piezo was too quiet. I use a DOD FX40B graphic eq to boost the signal problem is corrected. I also use a TC electronic Body Rez before the Graphic EQ. I only use it for that Telecaster only.

I just got mine! It's an Olympic White and it's really nice setup straight from the factory. I did change the strings though to Elixir 0.11 with the plain G.string. The acoustic sound is really good if you hook it up to the PA system, or to an acoustic amp. Actually better than my 000 with B-band! When I play it through my standard guitar rig it's OK but not as remarkable as through the PA.
I plan to use this as a second guitar whenever there is a need for an acoustic on stage.

i love the way you demo this guitar... & i really like this coz the other video that i watched for example the one in NAMM was not so clear the sound, so i actually had doubt of buying this coz its not so real the sound. but when i watched this will definitely buy one & it will be the olympic white.

Am I right in thinking that the Fishman requires a 9v battery in the guitar? If so what sort of battery life do you get out of the instrument? My pervious experience with other hybrids is that they absolutely EAT 9v batteries. Very frustrating to have to continuously be buying new batteries for every single practice and gig.

Love the guitar... but if you're demoing it and talking about the different mic simulations, you should have the insane reverb off. That is not what the Aura sounds like at all.

i've found thast if you put acoustic strings on these piezo equipped electric guitars that you get an even more realistic acoustic sound.I personally would love to have one of these to play live -crazy versatile

@jamontoastst I don't think so. See 2:00. He's got a ton of reverb going on. I'm not critiquing the guitar. I love the guitar. I got one shortly after I posted this. Nor am I critiquing the playing. He plays it nicely... just not sure why he felt the need to ad all of the reverb when he's demoing the guitar. Gives the wrong impression about what the Aura does. It just makes it sound like a clean/dry acoustic. It's not trying to be anything else... i.e, Ibanez Montage....
