Hello! Thank you for the simple routine. About the SPF, did you mean to say a quarter tsp? That one pump looked like it would fill up my tiny quarter teaspoon... do you use 8 pumps to cover your face?

Great routine. Older people or those with parched dry skin might also consider using petroleum jelly or vaseline all over their face as a final step. This will certainly lock in the moisture as it is the most occlusive cosmetic ingredient out there. Older people usually don’t break out with acne so that wouldn’t be a concern either.

This was great, Tamara! The best I can get my 90 year old mom to stick with is cleanse & moisturize. She’s used Olay forever & doesn’t have a wrinkle on her — not one! She won’t use sunscreen but she always wears hats, sunglasses & covering clothes when outside, so that’s something. 😀

This just confirms that you're genetically blessed! Both you and your aunt are gorgeous! 

I come from an antiquing family and remember going to a shop in Shakopee often during the late 1970s and through the 1980s. One of the dealers/managers was well into her 70s and had flawless skin. My mom and her friend asked her how she looked so good. Her answer: Ponds cold cream and Vaseline.
