My dad was a handyman. Used to teach my older brother how to use tools, as he believed the older son should be able to take care of home maintenance. I had to learn it by myself when he passed away and I moved to another country. 5 years and a dozen DIY projects later, I had a hard time watching this video and not crying. Thank you. I hope your kids appreciate what you’re doing.

This was awesome, I've recently been wanting to hang this vintage wooden shelf I bought but with new brackets and I've been terrified to drill new holes for fear of splitting the wood 😅 thanks for the power drill lesson today!

man sometimes i wish I lived in the US and could use a simple drill like that. Our walls are too strong and thick, gotta use a hammer drill or even better a percussive drill
