Hawkins is going to change from an asphalt access rd into a concrete express rd with concrete feeder rds, and be a spur hwy! U.S. 25 is going to change from an asphalt divided rd into a concrete interstate with concrete feeder rds! The feeder rds of Hawkins at 25 depress below ground level! The main lns of Hawkins at 25 is at grade level! The 25 Feeder Rds at Hawkins depress below grade level! The 2 Inside 25 Feeder Rd Lns overpass Hawkins! While be 2 interchange ramps like 👍 in Texas City! That'll be West Hawkins to South 25 and North 25 to East Hawkins!

I'm Arthur Bhutic! Emmett Lowry Epwy, must extend west following 1764 and end on IH 69 in Fort Bend County! Best is that people of Ft Bend access Texas City and people of Texas City access Ft Bend! The feeder rds of Emmett at 45 depress below ground level! The feeder rds of 45 at Emmett depress below grade level! The main lns of Emmett at 45 stay at grade level! The Texas City Limits Sign on Northbound 45 north of Emmett, must relocate to the north end of the overpass over 1765, under the "Leaving La Marque City Limits Sign"! On the other side, must be the sign, "Leaving Texas City Limits" and "Entering La Marque City Limits"! On Emmett going west of 45 must be "Leaving Texas City Limits", "Entering La Marque City Limits", and "Welcome To La Marque"! Going east on Emmett, just before 45 is "Leaving La Marque City Limits" and "Entering Texas City Limits"! Then past 45 is "Welcome To Texas City"!
