Ingredients

Unsalted Butter - 100 Gms
Sugar - 50 Gms (1/4 Cup)
Maida - 150 Gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp

Method
Beat the butter till it is light and creamy
Add sugar and beat it together for 2 mins
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and beat it all together
Beat the mixture till it forms into one mass
Make small balls from the cookie
Take a tray lined with parchment paper, place the cookie balls onto the baking tray
Grease a fork with butter and press the cookie balls with the back of the fork
Pre-heat the oven at 180C for 10 mins
Bake the cookies at 180C for 15 mins
Let the cookies come to room temperature before you serve them

Tried and came out well. I did not have a cake mixer/blender. SO I just folded in the ingredients in a bowl using spatula and baked them. Taste was awesome and soft on inside, hard on outside like a cookie.

I had tried and the result was superb. But i will suggest if u do not have oven then u make in a cadhai by fliping the cookies, it will turn more crispy

i hv made these cookies so many times and it never fails.all love these cookies.
only i tried to cut these out to make shapes but i cudnt so can u plz suggest any change in the recipe so that the dough will b thick enf to cut out the cookie shapes and the cookies will b still lighter as this👆recipe
