How to make a kick ass Patti Melt | John Quilter

This is my Patti Melt packed with bone marrow sticky onions, Swiss and American burger cheese with 3 types of beef making the Patti delicious. All wrapped up in sour dough bread. Lemme know your thoughts in the comment box below.

I use 1/3 Short rib, 1/3 Brisket and a 1/3 sirloin for the patti and I grind it twice once course once medium..

Only thing i would do different is i would cook the onions longer to make a jam however with the cheese it also has the soft texture
