Join Carlos Gallinger in California's Mojave Desert to look at an incredible and pristine petroglyph site that contains possibly hundreds of glyphs, and some of the chiseled glyphs have been colored in with earth pigments! Differing from pictographs per se, these glyphs are special and rather unique.

I hadn’t heard of painted petroglyphs. I thought only pictographs were painted. Thanks for teaching us.
