I've noticed that when foreigners..( white people) go to places like this. They are always hustled into giving money and they always say it's a custom..but Americans don't do that to foreigner here. I get it's hard in those countries but I see it a lot

I always like to make sure my meat is covered in flies before I eat it and needs to be be prepared and eaten entirely by hand with no soap or running water anywhere within miles. Thats how you know its a really good meal
