0:07 This specific Krispy Kreme is located in Jersey City. The reason it's branded as a "doughnut factory" is because it's in a zone. A zone that bans large chain stores with 10 or more locations within 300 miles of the city. Krispy Kreme got around this ban by branding itself as a factory store. Meaning it makes doughnuts for other retail locations in addition to its own customers. And there isn't one like this within 300 miles.

I was once watching their production line through the window since I'm so fascinated with the doughnut machine when the manager took notice of me and went out of the store to give me freshly cooked doughnut for free that manager was so nice i decided to be a loyal customer of KK.🙂👍
