If you make a fluffy tangzhong bread dough, you can come pretty dang close. And if you want their cinnamon rolls, do the tangzhong dough, shape & fill like a regular cinnamon roll, but flatten with your palm so it's really skinny and deep fry them.

I've kind of forgotten how much rising I did, but I wrote it down somewhere.
