This is the perfect thing to watch on my rest day, I have a chronic health condition and often the world means lots of activity bunches up in to consecutive day so I’m over excessing myself. I pretty good as pacing through the day but sometimes I need to force myself to stop and rest or I keep over expending and crash which I is so no fun.

I'm a big nails girly and I have a few things to share :) If you can keep your nails polished constantly that would help a lot with the breakage when growing them, it's like a mini coat of armor that adds strength and keeps them from bending as much. A quick dry topcoat will help a lot with the smudging and you won't need to use the drying spray, Orly topcoats haven't been that good in my experience. I love Glisten & Glow and Cuticula topcoats which are indie brands you can get online from their own shops, Cuticula also has a wonderfull base coat called Mic Drop that will help the polish stay on longer. :)
