How would you manage this strategy if you have hundreds of ASINs and campaigns? Wouldn't that lead to thousands of Ad groups? Unless you are using Amazon's targeting feature or software, it doesn't seem having separate Ad Groups would be an efficient way to work and instead creates more work and makes the search term feature of promoting KWs useless and turns it into a manual process.

Is there a reason a phrase and broad keyword returns well but the exact match keyword does not?
