Say what you want about Nazi Germany, but these soldiers in the Wehrmacht were apart of the greatest fighting force since Napoleon’s Grande Arme and the Ancient Roman Legions. It took the entire worlds armies and resources to bring the Germans to heel.

My great grandfather Thomas Von Klugër serve as a Colonel in the German 9th army he was killed by the red army during thier last stand in the Battle of Berlin in May 1945. And I'm not ashamed to be his grandson i really admire the men who fought with honor and dignity in the German Wehrmacht.
