Here’s an easy way to use up your sourdough discard, just 1 ingredient!!✨🥖 SAVE FOR LATER ↗️

Healthier than store bought Sourdough Discard Tortillas are such a great way to use up your sourdough discard, just pour it directly into a small heated nonstick skillet sprayed with oil. (If your discard is too thick add a little more water).

I turned this into a sourdough egg wrap by scrambling 2 eggs in the same skillet, with a little cheese. Return the tortilla back while it’s still wet. Cook, flip until browned the roll it up! I’m obsessed! 😋🙌🏼
