RULES
1) Make your goals clear not firm (but don't confuse being clear for being fixed)
2)Break the big goal down into smaller steps and forget the big goal
3) Challenge yourself (Create and Play a game which has a reward in the end and reach mastery in that)
4) Motivation is lie, you need consistency and discipline.
