Been listening to these guys since I was in my early 20s. I'm 36 now. I've seen then once with my baby brother who passed away in 2017. Best show ever. About to see them again soon! I am so excited. I know my brother will be there with me in spirit.

This album comes after a big hiatus for these guys. They all went through different stages after the 'fame' got to them. Not in the typical sense, but in the supply and demand sense. Everyone was pushing them to be more commercial, to give out stuff that people 'wanted' as if they didn't get popular by already doing that naturally. Beacon was the hardest album for them -- they began to hate each other and go through some crazy emotions, addictions and otherwise. They took a hiatus and got back together now, and realized that the marketing, the expectations, all of that were contributing to a mutual loss of vision. This album is them coming back to center and calling out the corrupt marketing mindset of the music world, and the advertising world in general. There should be no control over art, and this song is calling that out completely. :) I am happy to see them backkk.

I came here because I saw them at Lollapalooza. They blew up my mind, I wasn't prepared for that. I only had heard two songs of them (Undercover Martyn, and What You Know), so, when they played this song, and many others from the Gameshow album, I knew that they will become one of my favourite bands. Thank you Two Door Cinema Club, you gave me one of the best shows of my life.
