How To Reset Sonos One

In this video we teach you how to reset a Sonos One speaker. This reset method will also work on the Sonos Beam, Sonos Amp and Newer Sonos Speakers. Resetting the Sonos Speaker will reset the device to factory default settings and erase the personal information on the device. If you are giving away the device or moving you should reset the Sonos One speaker. To Reset the Sonos One speaker do the following.

1. Unplug the Sonos One
2. Hold down the "Infinity Button" on the back of the device, and keep holding.
3. While holding the "Infinity Button" down plug in the device and keep holding the "Infinity Button" this will put the device into reset mode.
4. Hold down the button until the lights on top of the device change colors which is approximately 30-60 seconds.

Sat on the internet typing to a bot for 15 minutes then finally a Sonos guy came on and had to look it up how to re set I had it done before I got an answer from them lol
