Hi my name is Danielle, welcome to my True Crime and Makeup series! I’ve been interested in true crime for the longest time now, what started with me watching true crime on TV with my Nan from a young age eventually turned into studying for a degree in Law & Criminology.

When I first watched Bailey Sarian’s series I was completely hooked, I loved how she had combined two of the things I’m most passionate about and delivered it so well. She totally inspired me to take the leap and do the same thing on my channel, so all credit for the idea goes 100% to her.

While there hasn't been as much coverage of this case as it deserves, Jimmy's brother is still doing everything in his power to keep his memory alive.

I hate cases like this. Not only was jimmy let down by the people he trusted including his girlfriend but all of the services involved also let him down. Police, gps, hospital even his neighbours could have rung adult social services. This man clearly needed some kind of support to ensure he lived within a safe home. The fact no one cares about this guy breaks my heart. RIP jimmy. It takes a very cruel and sick person to find pleasure in someone’s pain let alone someone you consider a friend. I hope they all rot in hell.
ADULT SERVICES NEED TO DO BETTER! Too many people fall through the cracks, unfortunately there are many cases where someone with some sort of learning disability or similar where these people are taken advantage of, abused used and hurt. Senseless cruel torture. This case breaks my heart that not a single person in jimmy’s life cared enough to save him.

This case is one of the saddest I have ever heard of. Poor Jimmy. The cannibalism part of it was so horrible, I got sick to my stomach. Why didn't they get a longer prison sentence because of the torture part of it?

As someone who has a family member who has narcissistic personality disorder I can completely understand why the doctors didn’t question Jimmy’s injuries. Narcissists are so good at manipulating and gaslighting people to believe their lies. It’s so infuriating how they get away with it for years and years. In my experience, even the police I’ve tried to have intervene on my nieces and nephew behalf have believed and sided with the narcissist in my family. A narcissist will do anything and everything to uphold their appearance to the outside world while being the absolute worst behind closed doors.

This is a truly horrendous case. The amount of control the leader had is unbelievable.

However, I’ll never understand how ‘friends and family’ can come out after the death to claim remorse, heartbreak and sympathy for the victim when his Facebook clearly showed his need for help when he was alive and could have used those ‘friends and family’ at that very moment and no one could feel remorse, sympathy, and heartbreak then or offer a helping hand.

I’m from the US and I actually think about this case constantly because I can see specifically how my brother could’ve been manipulated and put in his place and it hurts my chest knowing that people are capable of this

As a mom of a special needs son my biggest fear is him not being ok in this world without me and disgusting animals like this reaffirm that fear. Jimmy's before and after pictures will never leave my mind what a tragedy 💔 I hope those animals burn in hell they deserve every bit of pain they put Jimmy through!

This is the first time I've EVER had to actually take some time before continuing a video you've done. This case was heartbreaking, but the Facebook posts of him basically begging for help, that broke me completely. So so sad. And I'm in the uk and never heard of this!

I am an avid true crime viewer but no case has got to me how this one has. Jimmy, I am so sorry 😢 to all the neighbours, doctors and hospital staff who allowed Jimmy to go through this and not intervene, you have blood on your hands.
