Any public official who openly defies a SCOTUS ruling should be removed immediately.

Defying the constitution, let alone the supreme court is the definition of tyranny and there should be consequences for these people

The National Guard should bring down California's legislature.

They need to be arrested for violating a constitutional ruling.

Once again, this doesn't impact the crimals, but it does us law-abiding citizens.

It's a pain in the butt that we have to suffer through all these anti 2nd amendment BS that is forced down our throats.

Thank you for the information!

I've written this before: Supreme Court ruling need to come with punitive teeth. As in jail time to those who violate their orders.

Interesting choice let's hope consequences are attached to California's actions

It is interesting how CA believes it only has to follow the rules it wants to. The state needs to be forced to comply, using whatever means are necessary.

The Supreme Court is still wrong 🤦‍♂️ since when do you need permission and to pay for a right?

We are under no legal obligation to abide by unconstitutional laws or laws that violate the Supreme court decisions. The court needs to slap these states violating above with contempt charges.

CCWs did not exist in 1791, therefore they are unconstitutional. A right that requires a permit becomes a permission, and is no longer a right.

"The right of the people to keep and BEAR arms shall not be infringed" means exactly what it says.

PLEASE SUPPORT THE MANY LAWSUITS NEEDED TO OVERTURN ALL OF THE INFRINGEMENTS, INCLUDING SB918.

What happens when lower courts just flat out ignore the rulings by the Supreme Court? This is essentially what CA and NY are doing.

No permits to exercise a constitutional right.

I felt like an American for the first time in a long time the day Judge Thomas made his decision... that feeling faded away really quick.

I'm glad I live in Fresno, California. Our CCW is easy to get and we don't have to jump through hoops to get our permits, are sheriff's department wants every legal person to be able to defend themselves!

“Sue them, vote them out!” Wait till’ you hear what our Founding Fathers did.

“Good moral character” that precludes at least 80% of everyone working for the state government.

Hey, I have an idea. How about if we assign 87, 000 (armed) agents to the Supreme Court (the "Supreme Police"?) to "assist" the lower court judges in complying with SC rulings?

These officials should be privately liable as well as face criminal charges for their infringments

Politicians and cops determining what constitutes “good moral” character is absurd, when they are not examples and are not capable of anything good or moral.
