About Etihad Airways (from Wikipedia):
Etihad Airways (Arabic: شَرِكَة ٱلْاِتِّحَاد لِلطَّيْرَان, romanized: sharikat al-ittiḥād li-ṭ-ṭayarān) is one of two flag carriers of the United Arab Emirates, along with Emirates. Its head office is in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, near Abu Dhabi International Airport. Etihad commenced operations in November 2003. It is the second-largest airline in the UAE after Emirates. The name Etihad is Arabic for 'Union'.

The airline operates more than 1,000 flights per week to over 120 passenger and cargo destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America, with a fleet of 102 Airbus and Boeing aircraft as of February 2020. Its main base is Abu Dhabi International Airport.

In addition to its core activity of passenger transportation, Etihad also operates Etihad Holidays and Etihad Cargo. Etihad established its airline alliance, Etihad Airways Partners, in October 2015 which was disbanded in 2018 after several of its members fell into financial difficulties. Etihad Airways holds minority equity investments in the participating airlines, as well as having had a stake in Virgin Australia, until its insolvency in April 2020 with no return on investment. Booking for these airlines was consolidated under one network.

About the Boeing 787 Dreamliner (from Wikipedia):
The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is an American wide-body jet airliner developed and manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. After dropping its unconventional Sonic Cruiser project, Boeing announced the conventional 7E7 on January 29, 2003, which focused largely on efficiency. The program was launched on April 26, 2004, with an order for 50 aircraft from All Nippon Airways (ANA), targeting a 2008 introduction. On July 8, 2007, a prototype 787 was rolled out without major operating systems, and then the aircraft experienced multiple delays until its maiden flight on December 15, 2009. Type certification was received in August 2011 and the first 787-8 was delivered in September 2011 before entering commercial service on October 26, 2011, with ANA.

One of the best airline review I've ever seen very brief and to the point.
Keep it up!

Do they allow passengers to bring a laptop bag and a hand carry luggage for cabin baggage?

Useless review. What do I make with a comment like "leg space is enough for economy class"? Would be usefull to get a measurement and a comparison with other airlines.

Flew wit them twice 2 disasters. First time security at transit took almost 2 hours marking me run for the last bus others seemed to have missed the flight because they where not as fast or though they had enough time to transit. On the way back a delayed flight made a lot of trouble and the guy that was supposed to guide us spoke no understandable English but used so many doors our group of ~ 20 people was reduced to less than 10 in minutes then I lost him. I am a quick walker and used to a fast pace at work. People with less than good mobility must had have a horrible experience.
