How does Mailchimp handle duplicates with different tags? I have an audience sorted with different tags depending on where they signed up. I occasionally send campaigns to just the recipients with a certain "VIP" tag. So one of my tags is more important than the others and if a duplicate comes along I don't want that tag overridden.

Hi Gary, I had a Mailchimp question, and was wondering if you could help me out.

When I create an image gallery (4 photos) in an email campaign, it only shows up like this on a large screen such as a computer or laptop. But when I open the email on a cell phone, each image shows up full size, and it's no longer a group of 4. Is there a way for me to set it up so the photos would stay grouped on a phone too?

Thanks Gary, I thought I had a duplicate contact but I didn't. One had a period between the first and last name in the alias and the other didn't have a period. Your video helped me sort it out!

If I want to add a detail such as in a new column to differentiate a contact, based on your duplicates and importing with update an existing contact, then I could 'tag' or denote something/contact in a column, then filter/segment by that column, then archive? Thoughts? I want to upload a bad email list of an audience back to that audience (from an email validation review), tag a column, have that update existing customers and then it will mark all the contacts for an easy filter and archive. Comment: the screen seems slightly low resolution for me and makes viewing some of the specifics you show difficult. Maybe it is me. But, clarity of resolution would be helpful from my perspective.

The question: I'm trying to bulk clean my lists/audiences after a 3rd party email validation. Thus, I was watching your video on duplicates to an audience because I wanted to import a list and click all duplicates to archive/delete them from the audience. As this duplicate principle facet of MailChimp precludes this strategy, do you have a strategy or video which might aid this effort - keeping all relevant data fields and contacts in an audience, but uploading a 'bad email segment' from an outside email validation such that they would be able to be relatively easily bulk archived or deleted/cleaned?
