Great framework
It provides clarity and structure.
It doesn’t negate edge cases or nuance. Those things can be subject to collaborative discussion and partnership where needed

Army veteran here. I’ve been stationed at Fort Living Room for many years now. Commander’s Intent was no biggie, just part of the job, back in The Good Old Days. When I mention such routine Army Stuff in the civilian world sometimes, though, folks stare at me as if I have just invented fire 🔥!
