30:50 it does matter because for example, the cowboy character he’s gonna look like a regular neighbor but when you see that he’s not on the list, he’s going to say that there was an emergency at work, but if you look at his file, it says he’s retired. You’re only going to notice that, he’s a double Ganger because you check the list and question him about why he wasn’t on the list
