I think people takes everything way too literally. Like you said you are a harmless individual and yet people are always trying to find a problem to start. While all of this is going on, more crazy things that cops and protective forces need to stop are happening and that should be seen as most important but it isn’t. Sue that police department.. you gonna get paid bro. First of all, you weren’t asked to leave, so you can’t be arrested for criminal trespass. It was also against your rights for the officer to ID you in the first place. Take it to court and sue.

Hey just a recommendation I study for law school and am going in to be an attorney, you have all legislation to actually sue not only the cop but the department the cop reports to, this is an easy lawsuit and fighting these charges is something very suitable for your record. You absolutely were in the right in every way and had every right from the beginning to record. The cop took far too much legal action than necessary.
