Gregor, I just learned the chase long notes thing from you a few days ago. I've thought that having to start at the beginning of midi notes was just a something you had to do with midi, it has annoyed me for so many years! Especially annoying when you have some really long notes!

This is such a quality of life option, and why it's not on by default makes no sense.

0:25 Chase Long Notes (Play midi notes after they started)
1:20 Lock midi notes to scale

2:14 Midi editing key modifiers:
1. 2:25 - Enter many notes by dragging (CTRL+ALT)
2. 3:37 - CTRL while mouse on empty space = Paint tool
3. 3:47 - CTRL while mouse over note = Erase tool
3. 3:52 - CTRL + ALT = adjust velocity
4. 4:01 CTRL + SHIFT while mouse over note = Split note


4:15 Arrow Extended mode (makes cursor context sensitive)
5:05 Ghost copies
6:28 Macros (!!)

Hey Gergor, you guys should add the ability to pan individual midi notes.
