Modding the PSP is SHOCKINGLY Easy

I was surprised by how easy it is to softmod a PSP. This hack only requires several files (Infinity and PRO CFW) and a memory stick! In this tutorial, I guide you through the mod and how to install homebrew, emulators and digital backups of PSP games (in ISO format).

Just ordered a PSP-2000 to relive my childhood (and also to homebrew, as I recently did to my old dsi) and I'm beyond excited. This is such a great way to keep these old consoles going and being played on as they should be!

My dad gave me his PSP a while ago. Was amazed by the games he had frankly. Its still in mint condition since he always kept it in a case. First thing i did was mod it and show him. He liked the NES emulator. On it. Told him if he ever wants to use it he should go for it. Very bice and hackable portable.

I remember back in the day using the Pandora battery, I love how easy soft modding has become for several devices like Wii and Wii U, PS2. All of them are so much easier today, compared to when I did them over a decade ago

Psp was a big thing to
Have when i was young. Started with the 1000 and eventually got ahold a 3000. I eventually pawned all my systems to get a xbox one psp 3000, ps2 slim and xbox360. But i still had a extra broken screen psp 3000 my good friend gave me in a trade for a 1000 battery so he can try to mod a 1000 during that time... That psp sat and collected dust for years, and he then passed away years ago. All this within a span of maybe 15+ years....Modding a psp was a big thing back in the day. It looked Way harder then it seems now.I just replaced the screen and gonna mod it now. Thanks man. I do miss My friend, time is something. This psp really reminds me of those days man, and fact that it was his is even more crazy. Thanks man

i just bought a PSP 1000 from goodwill was on version 1.51! i guess they can be downgraded but i doubt this one was! still a ready cool piece of history

Just did this on mine after finding mine in a box with an exploded battery. Got a battery off Amazon and immediately softmodded it as it had a much older mod on it that was annoying. Thanks.
