Hello from NC…I planted a hardy Chicago in 2020….probably shouldn’t have pruned the following late winter…but then in the summer of 2021 someone ran over it with a mower…..thought it was dead…..But……it came back this year and looks healthy but still no figs…….maybe next I don’t know if I should cover it this winter…..in Zone 7B….👵🏻. All those figs looked Can’t wait to make my fig and pine nut Tart 😌
