This is a good video. It would be better if your hands, fingers and use of the knife looked more professional. Your technique is dangerous. BUT…
The recipe is off the chart. I am “diaspora” 🎉to try it… just need those plantains… and then I can make that melting pot of pure Jamaican deliciousness. 😊
