After my partner died I downsized to a new build last July built by Davidsons. It has a large kitchen/diiner/family area with a large glass pod which let's in such a lot of light. David Wilson Homes is the parent company and these glass pods are a feature of their larger buildx. Davidson's pride themselves on the street scene and there is a very nice mixture of designs on their well landscapes developments. I have an AEG induction job which is very efficient - I have been using one for over 10 years. There is also a fan assisted oven and a combination microwave/fan second oven which again are very efficient.

I'd love a nice house with a big kitchen. Mine is 9ft x 9ft and I can hardly manoeuvre in my wheelchair. I've always found it puzzling that some 4/5 bedroom homes come with tiny ovens and room for a standard fridge. The Blenheim is my absolute favourite home that you've shown on your channel x

For me The Henley (Redrow) had to be up there. But can see why the Blenheim got top spot for that boot room!
