I love these kind of videos. I have heard so many people say they're too scared to build their own PC, then they waste money and/or get taken advantage of by someone or an SI. Building a PC is just adult legos, anyone can do it! These types of videos demystify it and I think really help convince people that yes, they ARE capable of building their own rig. The fulfillment you get from using a PC you built yourself is a great feeling.

Side note, when you first boot up your AM5 system, be patient. It can take 3+ minutes to train memory and boot the first time. It'll probably restart itself two or three times too. Just be patient, AM5 takes forever. I about had a panic attack when trying to turn mine on the first time. I actually powered it on and off a few times cause I just assumed it wasnt going to post. Once I just let it do its thing for a few minutes it was all good.

Just a word of warning for people interested in the cougar case, even though it claims it supports an e-atx motherboard (if you remove the cable shroud) you can’t remove the support pillar that props up the cable shroud, it’s soldered into the frame work of the case and my e-atx mother board can’t clear it no matter how much I try. Spent the last 2 hrs faffing around with it to the point I just want to take a power tool and saw it off because If I’m supposed to remove the cable shroud entirely then WHY IS THE SUPPORT THAT PROPS IT UP SOLDERED IN. Damn this has given me a head ache.

Anyway in conclusion if you have an atx motherboard you’ll be fine, it does not support e-atx as it claims.

16GB of VRAM, very strong RT and raster performance and DLSS 3.0 and FG, this card will age really well for the rest of the decade imo, at least for 1440p
