2:40 dude its so simple to get your answer! all new graphic cards and both amd and nvidia drivers are focusing on silent working. for example my AMD GPU on default setting wont turn on fans until GPU temp go above 70 degree. that's because of shity "Zero RPM" feature in AMD drivers which i turn it off always and set custom curve for more life span and lower temp inside the case area. Most likely your problem with stock cooling was the same as I mentioned
and your GPU temp limit force your pc to shut down. for sure there is a silent mode option (maybe has different name) or some thing like that in your GPU or Driver and u can disable that or set your custom curve for fix that issue.

2:55 if your GPU was cutting off and shut down with high RPM fans (or temp raised up rapidly after run any GPU workload ) that mean your GPU tilted downwards (even a little can affect) because of high weight (had same issue before and fixed with GPU bracket)

Hey Markus, U've made so many PC building tutorials. And we love them. Maybe u could make a custom water cooling tutorial using the corsair hydro x water blocks. That'd be something new to learn

Crazy, that pc is over 4, 000 dollars itself. With all his equipment this is over 15 grand. It's both amazing and terrifying

I noticed with my new build that Vsync was forcing my gpu to run at 50% load. I hadn't noticed when playing other games but it really stood out while I was playing Apex.

Apex Legends has been having FPS problems recently. For some reason me and a few of my friends have had the same problem. We usually get 144FPS but we've all dropped to between 80-90FPS. So it could just be the game potentially?

For the framerates issue - Check if DSR is off or not. Or is there a render scaling setting turned on. Sometimes DSR can reduce performance as it renders your video at a higher resolution, even if it's onyl rendering a part of it, which does require more GPU horsepower and reduces your FPS. Just a suggestion :)

You should get MSI afterburner. You use it to run your graphics card at pretty much max power and stuff and it's also where you can measure thermals and stuff like that. That's why I use when playing intensive games
