Tayab Ali exposes the new UK government's opaqueness with regards to its recent weapons export policy announcement towards Israel and also discusses the recent UK riots.

He calls for an immediate, transparent and total ban on arms exports to Israel, urging that anything that falls short of that risks the UK continuing its complicity in Israel's war crimes on Gaza.

Tayab Ali is Head of International Law at Bindmans and Director of the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP).

The ICJ was crystal clear in its clarification on July 17, 2024:
Israel must leave all illegally occupied territories.
Israel and supporters are obliged to make repairs.

Absolutely stop arming Israel, that goes for all countries on the globe. What do governments think we are to see a genocide live streamed & not protest against it, I can't understand why anyone at this stage or after 1 month of bombing Gaza that they would hold up a Israeli flag or counter protest pro Palestinian because the Israeli flag doesn't represent Jewishness they are a religion & don't have a flag. Most everyone understands what & why resistance to occupation is all about, that doesn't mean they approve of what was done on October 7 but 10 months of slaughtering civilians is beyond reason & we are not fooled by the right to defend, everyone of good conscience want Israel to stop. Keep protesting until Palestinians are free.

Why hasnt an arrest of Kier Stammer and defence minister been made?
