Swedish cake! It's a longtime favorite and I wish it were possible for me to bake it for each and every one of you!

As a Dane living in Malmö, I love everything about this.

As a Norwegian, I gotta say, your pronunciation of Brødpisker was very good! Love the short!

As a Swedish Scanian that worked for years in Denmark, I must say that your pronunciation is very good. The funny thing is that it doesn't sound exactly Danish - it really sounds like a (southern) Swede speaking Danish.

I can’t tell if he bakes as an excuse to woodwork, or woodworks as an excuse to bake, but I love it!

This channel gives me life. I never knew how cool carving wood was until a few months ago lol

I like to think that you just stop in the middle of making food to make your fancy whisks and whatnot while your half prepped food is just sitting there waiting for you to come and finish it

Bro you made it so perfectly I WAS REMINDED OF HOW IT TASTED.
And I haven’t had it in like 10 years!

You gotta start making food tutorials! It would be so cool to see that. I really hope you consider this because i think a lot of people would enjoy that content. :)

This entire process was an amazing feat I’ll never be able to equal as long as I ever live, but my favourite part of the video was when you lifted the cat and dog to get their approval ❤

We call this "Tosca tårta" in my family & my grandmother was born in Sweden! I ask for it every year for my birthday!

Thank you for showing us that crucial part of the process -- the inspectors!! Sometimes amateur bakers forget that key step. 👍🐾

Nothing I love more than people that are extremely passionate about specific subjects and master the craft. Good work!

As a norwegian, you sounded more norwegian than Danish. Danes always got those potatoes in their throats when they speak, so mumble and face away from the mic and it'd go amazingly.

As a scandinavian, i.e. a dane with a torp in sweden I approve of all of this, both the bread-whipper and the delicious cake, they do know how to make cake, our swedish brothers! I especially approve learning about this gorgeous tool, which I never heard of, but it's obvious and I totally get it, and it might be both danish and swedish from back in the day when it was sort of all the same.
