great! so you do one arm then the other during the set? what's the advantage of doing this? i used to do one set one side, then do the other side. that said, since one side has been working harder first, it may weeaken the other side, right?

Should you have a certain number of regular pullups before you do this or do the gains from doing mixed grip pullups negate the need to work pullups directly??

Question, in tip 4 you advise alternating hands each rep. Wouldnt it also be a reasonable call to do sets with the weaker side first then stronger afterwards so as to balance them out?

Doing sets like this would take a lil longer but I imagine each set could be better too?

The mixed grip I feel it working a lot more muscles

Do you have any thoughts on the following:

At the top of the mixed grip chin up, pushing out the assisting hand to turn the negative into an archer pull up? I find that this adds more weight to the pulling hand, than if I try to mindfully assist less (I am unable to do one arm negatives without just dropping straight down!)
