Indonesian flag has a ratio of 2:3, red top, white bottom
Monaco's Flag has a ratio of 4:5, red top, white bottom
Polish is rectangular (ratio 5:8) white top, red bottom

Nepal is a traditional flag ... Similar flags were used all over India throughout the 1000's of years of existence... It also a bold move by the Nepalese to revert western influence on a thing like flag...

The flag of Haiti looks like someone Google image searched for the Haitian seal, couldn't find a version of it that didn't have a white background, and put it on the flag anyways

2:28 onwards,
Netherlands and Luxembourg have noticeably different shades of blue and ratios.
Ireland and The Ivory Coast are flipped horizontally and have noticeable different shades and ratios.
Chad and Romania do have the same flags, though the blue is an unnoticeably different shade.
Poland's flag is flipped vertically compared to Monaco's and Indonesia's flags which have noticeably different ratios.
Often when these flags are shown they have the same shading or ratio.
Holland is a part if the Netherlands not the actual country.

Ireland does not have the same flag as ivory coast

During the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, Haiti and Liechtenstein discovered that they had identical flags. So to avoid future confusion, Liechtenstein added a crown in corner, while Haiti added the coat of arms in the middle of the flag. And since the coat of arms of Haiti also contain the Haitian flag, this means that Haiti is one of the few countries whose flag depicts the flag itself.

To be fair, the flags of Ireland and the Ivory Coast aren't EXACTLY the same. Ireland has the green bar on the left and the Ivory Coast has the orange one on the left

Poland and Indonesia are different
The Netherlands and Luxembourg are different
Chad and Romania are different

Monaco and Indonesia have the Polish flag upside down, not the same way, and we adopted it first, in 1919.
