How to make Leche Puto | Puto Flan

Ingredients:

Flan:
4 pcs. Egg yolk
3/4 cup Condensed Milk
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Puto:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 3/4 cup Water or Fresh Milk
2 pcs. Egg White only
4 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

It’s not steam rice cake because ur not using rice flour instead your using an all purpose flour.
