We just bought a used Class C. We absolutely love it. We’ve had a huge motor home and several travel trailers and a pop up. They were all nice just not practical at all. They’re a pain to set up and break down. Not to mention Trying to park them. Oh yeah and forget turning it around to go back to a place you just spotted and wanted to check out, and when you do there’s no where to park. Class C is the only way to go for us. It’s so easy to drive and park. It’s just like driving my truck. We do like our toys. We have 2 bikes on a bike rack and a couple of inflatable kayaks. They’re in their own little suit case and weight about 24 pound. They fit perfectly over head on the front bunk, as well as the paddles and fishing equipment. We have 2 bag fold up chairs that fit up there as well. There’s plenty of room in my cabinets for all my camera equipment. Storage is not a problem for us.
I purchased an air fryer and a instant pot just for the camper that fits perfectly under the sink. I would recommend a Class C for anyone that just wants the freedom to just load and take off. Have fun guys and stay safe.

Thanks for the video, Just found your channel. My husband is 56, and I'm 53, He's a 3 time cancer survivor, this is our dream. I hope we can one day make our dreams come true, I love the fact that you still have your home. My husband wants to get rid of our home but I want to keep it. I also want to buy an RV to start traveling a few years from now before he retires, I'm scared because I want to have this extra time in case we don't make it until retirement. I'm sorry for sounding negative. Thanks for your video.

We went with the 32.5 ft Class C for just a bit more storage, space and the walk around bed. Great Video, Good informatio, I have watched it several times now.

We have been full timing for many years now. 2 years ago we decided it was time to replace our 1992 class A. We decided to buy new, and listed the must haves. We wanted a class C, on a Chevy chassis with no slides, 30 feet or less, with a separate bedroom, for under $60k.

We found the perfect rig - a Coachman Freelander 27QB. We have been living in it for 2 years now, and it suits us perfectly.

Thanks for sharing. My wife and I were originally thinking of a 5th wheel but over the recent weeks we are beginning to lean more and more to a Class C RV, and at least 24' like yours. We're slowing transitioning to retire and looking forward to some travel, similar to what you've shared. Great informative video!

Wow, it's been years already for Nellie! I am leaning toward Class C RV with separate bunk beds perhaps. Thanks for sharing Lucy and Brian!

Maneuverability is the main reason we picked our RV, also the freedom to park most places. I can’t wait to get on the road.

Good review! We had a 19 ft. RV for quite a few years, and we loved it, and liked being able to access during transit as well. But when it got to the end of its life.... we spent too much time fixing stuff... so it went away. But we like our little pull behind now.... yay for "tweeners"! :)

Awesome video. Very informative. It seems pros outweighs cons in space. Thanks for sharing :)

Hi equalism 42. I agree. A class C is perfect for two people.
Back in January we were in 20 degree weather. We stayed plenty warm enough with our on-board furnace that runs on propane.
WOW, 25 miles a gallon? We average 10 mpg.
May I ask where you just came from with the free parking for self contained vehicles? Sounds like a great place.
You are SET with 1100 watts of solar.
Brian set up our solar on our hitch using 600 watts hooked up to our lithium batteries. We are doing great with our power now.
Thanks for watching! ~Lucy

It’s really hard to find the perfect RV. We have separate bedroom from the rest of the Coach. We also have plenty of room for storage. Down side, we are limited to getting in and out of the spots we would like to go see and stay. The perfect RV? The one your in and happy with. Good Video....

Hello Brian and Lucy. Storage is tough, we have a B class, I bought a aluminum carrier that fits on the tow hitch. Then some u bolts to hold steady the load. Good to meet you. Life with Ken and Jane 🤠👍

Loved your video just subscribed, I've been debating 5th wheel or class C and I think you're helping me make up my mind for class I and I even have a 2018 rams 3/4 ton

Stopping by ....rung the bell too!! My Class C is 2016 Navion by Winnebago! I wished I waited for the Full Wall! The Mercedes diesel is expensive on maintenance though. I missed out and should waited for the dinette and not get the couch. Dinette like yours so user friendly.

I just discovered you kids and my wife & I are about to become “tweeners” too. We owned a Class B, Pleasure Way, for a few months last summer. Just long enough to realize we wanted more space! Hoping buy a Class C based on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis. That’s what powered our Class B and it was a great economical power source! Will not buy a new one simply because of the high cost involved. A slightly used rig with under 100K miles would be perfect, however this DEF crap concerns us! I will be going back on your channel just catch up and look forward to learning through your experiences.
