Traveling is one of my favourite activities. I try to travel as much as I can and visit different countries at least once a year (hopefully I'll do that more often haha). Besides the fun, a traveling has an important value to add to your life.

One extra point that I learned while traveling:
You may think you're motivated to succeed in life when you look at someone's yacht, but when you travel and fall in love with the freedom lifestyle, you'll be amazed at how hard you're willing to work to reach that level of freedom again.

I'm from Croatia and for the first time in many years I'm travelling to another country. I'm visiting Denmark for the first time, near the end of this year, with my two friends who live and study there. Can't wait to see what the land of LEGO is like! 🇩🇰

From the US I've lived and been to Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. That's as far as I've gone. I have an interest in Portugal and minor Caribbean Islands.

also in my opinion traveling is not lay next to a pool at a fancy resort all day. REAL travel is when you go out and take time to learn about the new country, the culture, the people, the food, the natural environment, etc. and also stepping out of your comfort zone (talking to locals, finding new & interesting activities)

My favorite thing to do is travel although it's something I not often get to do. If I had it my way I think I'd travel all the time. I've lived in the NOLA area for 4 years and I'm so miserable. I traveled to Houston for a couple of days but that was maybe 2 or more years ago. I tried traveling to Atlanta but messed up and didn't get to stay 1 night; it was almost a disaster. When you travel you must book your motel before you arrive or as soon as you arrive. Don't wait to go to a motel and get that much needed rest even if you feel you're losing money.

Travel helps you also not be brainwashed. Once a few days before I went to Athens Greece I got a newspaper one morning and Greece headlined the front page. It was talking about riots in the streets. It said the streets of Athens were on fire and it was H3ll there.

I got worried. When I finally arrived in Athens I found out the photos on the pages of my newspaper in usa were over 10 years old and the riots were also from that time.
